We are delighted to announce the launch of Everty in Greece. Our goal is to invest €100 million in the Greek real estate market over the next four years, focusing on hospitality, office, and residential properties. In making this investment, Everty is committing to supporting the development of the Greek economy and the well-being of the sectors in which we are active.
Our first development will be the construction of two luxury holiday rentals, collectively called Petrothalassa Villas, located near Porto Heli and Ermioni in the country’s southeast. This ambitious project has already won two distinctions in the German Design Awards, awarded for “excellent architecture.”
Designed by Potiropoulos & Partners, they are based on an idea that seems to give them a constant “movement,” have an inspiring connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, and include the ideal home amenities, all in one of the most charismatic places in Greece.
With a 500 sqm open-plan indoor space bathed in natural light, they also include a gym, spa, library, outdoor pool for each villa, outdoor barbeque, dining room, amphitheater fireplace, and access to private beaches. Petrothalassa Villas exclusively enjoys the space and privacy of an entire privately-owned peninsula overlooking the Aegean Sea. From this location. visitors will enjoy a unique 360-degree view representing the very best of luxury travel.
“We look to purchase and transform properties in strategic markets. Location, design, and functionality are essential, but our experience creates spaces where our visitors and tenants feel welcome and motivated. The communities themselves are vital to us, too; we want to positively impact the areas we invest in and contribute to their overall development,” commented Nikolaos Roupakas, Country Manager of Everty Greece.
