A new vision for well-being and sustainability

Sustainability plays a key role at Everty Tower, as demonstrated by its LEED GOLD certification. It incorporates a range of sustainability initiatives, including LED lighting with motion sensors to optimize natural light, and watersaving measures such as low-flow faucets and efficient sanitary fixtures, reducing water usage by 32%. The building features a rainwater reuse tank and a drip irrigation system that uses condensate water. Its green design integrates biophilic elements in common and private areas, enhancing the natural environment. Energy efficiency is prioritized through advanced HVAC (VRF) systems and a Building Management System (BMS) to monitor and optimize energy usage. Fresh air is pre-treated to increase HVAC efficiency.
The building’s location offers easy access to public transportation, reducing dependence on single-occupant vehicles and cutting carbon emissions.
